Farmers boy who left home to join the RAF in 1972. Suffered trauma whilst serving in Cyprus . Also lost my mother back in the UK at the same time. Then 25 years in a corporate management career. Finally as managing director. Last 12 years I have worked as a freelance life and executive coach/psychologist helping people from all walks of life to have a balanced life.

Why I Support U-do
I have been raising money for charity and good causes for over 25 years. I am trustee of Inner Peace Centre for Conscious Living based in Letchworth. We fund our local Garden House Hospice by running sponsored Fire Walks and other fund raising events. Both my own and my wife's mothers died in there early 50's. I also suffered from PTSD whilst serving in the RAF. So I know what it feels like to loose someone you love and to feel alone. hopeless and stressed.
